Hello,

For additional evidence for the N400 online application, what types of documents should be uploaded to help support the application? Any examples? Already uploading: current permanent resident card, marriage certificate, birth certificate for all children ... anything else?

Thank you in advance for any help provided.

Are you applying under 3 or 5 year rule? Based on profile info, under 3 year. Then you need to upload similar docs as for I-751. Joint tax returns, joint bank statemements, trips, etc.

@cathers

Wife filed under the 5 year rule.  These are the only uploads we did.  I put the tax transcripts under the additional documents along with a letter to request a combo interview.  Filing under 3 year rule will require a lot more.

5 years Tax transcripts
Proof of my 1st marriage Termination
Proof of Wife's 1st Marriage Termination
Wife's Green Card
Our Marriage Certificate
Request letter for combo interview
