Sorry, I am not sure if I posted in a correct area.

I filled this form for one of my relatives 6 weeks ago and no answer so far.

Today I tried to submit this form for another relative. The application went through, no alerts but it is saved as a draft. The same message keeps appearing. 

Sorry, something went wrong. I tried to resubmit may be 10 times but it sits in a draft area.

I do not think they issue any notice for an I 134a, well I do not remember anyone anyone mentioning it and it would not seem relevant.

 

Is this Ukraine, not a work visa issue so needs to be moved to the correct forum.

It could be related to the site maintenance USCIS was conducting:

I know they supposedly ended at 2am but maybe there are still after effects.

 

I would wait and try again and also you might want to chat with an agent through EMMA.
