Is it just waiting game now I got this message "

On April 6, 2023, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number(number here) and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

is there no updates until approved says follow instructions but the letter I received doesn't really say anything but received.

You received what is referred to as the NOA1 (Notice of Action).  If there is no Request for Evidence (RFE) between the time of filing the I129F and approval, you will not hear anything until you receive the NOA2 showing the I129F is approved.
