Hi there,

I'm from Costa Rica and I entered the United States (MCO, FL) under a K1 visa on June 18th, 2023.

I got married to my husband on July 7th, 2023 and we've been trying to apply for my adjustment of Status but I'm unable to get my "admission number" which is required for my adjustment of status form. If I go to the i-94 website I am able to see my travel history but I'm unable to see my "most recent I-94" which contains my admission number.

I called many times to the CBP phone numbers (Orlando, FL) and also sent emails to the CBP support but I have not received any response.

Does anyone know how can I get that number if it is not showing on the I-94 website?

I'd appreciate any help with this, so I can start with the adjustment of status process.

Best regards,

Karol

I had this issue before, you have to enter the passport number and the same name that listed on your visa, NOT your passport.  Check the name on your visa.  Good luck.
