Hi there,

Im going to sponsor for my parents. I had a quick question, I have someone who will be helping me with financial assistance for my parents as I don’t have sufficient income as of right now to show. In this case what steps needs to be taken in consideration of the forms to fill and do I have to turn in those forms along with I 130 or later when it gets accepted

One I-864 for you, and another I-864 for join sponsor. However, I-864 only need at the NVC stage later after USCIS approve your petition then transfer it to NVC.
