Is this for India? You can check on the Visa Bulletin - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2023/visa-bulletin-for-july-2023.html

Still a long way to go if only filed in 2013, if it is India then currently they're at Dec 2008.

Final action dates for F3 is 08Jan09 according to the latest visa bulletin, so if an I130 is filed today, it will be 14-15 years.  In your case, approximately another 3-4 years or so.

Good Luck!

I think that's really optimistic unfortunately. It's only moved a month in the past couple of years, so at that rate it'll be a lot longer than 3-4 years.

The August bulleting shows it moving to 08Jan09.  Hard to say really, but I agree, there is still a long wait.

I would diary it for 5 years and then see how things are going.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
