No limit I know, you can use your Congressperson staffer as a conduit

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You can keep asking, or ask a congressional staffer to assist (not sure they help with expedite requests), but consider if nothing has changed, the results may be the same.

Very doubtful it will work, but it is free and no consequences for submitting another request.

So sorry for your loss, btw.   Definitely include as much supporting documentation as you can-  death certificate, etc.   Perhaps you’ve already done that.

Thank you, and yes I did submitted the death certificate, marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. My daughter is only 12 years old and I will soon have to return to the US to work, need to make money to support my family (other daughter, she is usc). I dont want to leave her here.

Maybe Border living. I know CDJ is backlogged.

Best of luck to you.   I’d also stress the financial loss angle in your request.
