  1. Yes, her father and i got married a year later after she was born
  2. Hello everyone, I have a question, back in 2019 I applied for my daughter's CRBA, I am an American citizen by birth, but that year it was denied because I did not have enough evidence to prove that I was in the US for a consecutive year, my daughter was born in 2010. So I was wondering if I can apply again, now that I have gathered New evidence. I dont know if its posible to apply for a second time. Back then I submited social security statement Tax forms w2 GED certificate High school transcripts Daycare records of payments made Medical bills I had And that wasnt enough
  3. Thank you, and yes I did submitted the death certificate, marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. My daughter is only 12 years old and I will soon have to return to the US to work, need to make money to support my family (other daughter, she is usc). I dont want to leave her here.
  4. Yes I seen in other posts that the second time they requested am expedite is approved
  5. I submitted all NVC paperwork on July 1st, so I figured I'd start the thread. How long does it take from now to get the visa interview at the us embassy in Mexico City?
  6. I submitted an expedite request for my daughter IR2 Visa on July 1st, today i received this email stating it was denied. Can I submit another expedite request? Would it help if I ask for my congressman or the us senator to assist with my case? The reason for my expedite request is that my husband passed away.
  7. Quick question, I submitted an expedited request for my daughter IR2 visa but was denied, so I can go back and request a new one? If I ask the congressman for help, can they help with the expedite?
