Thanks all, I'll attach the job offer that my wife received along with a letter explaining that she will be working in Panama city and reside there with her sister and family.

 

Should I bring up that now she's pregnant in the third month and residing with her family will give her support and care also?

March 19, 2022: Submitted I-130
April 19, 2023: I-130 Approved
April 25, 2023: NVC received file and NVC case number assigned
May 31, 2023: Submitted Documents
June 20, 2023: Case complete at NVC
?? ??, 2023: Interview Letter - WAITING.

Why?  That is not relevant at all.

Thought this may expedite the process knowing that i only have 6 months left to be there for my child’s labor.

No.   Pregnancy is not a valid reason to expedite any part of the process.   There is even a pinned post about that here on VJ.
