Please suggest the tricks to use EMMA chat to talk to an agent at uscis? Every timei try chatting for my case it provides a generic link.

 

I have EB2 AOS pending since few months.

Normally it is easier to just check your account on line, what are you trying to find out?

I see the status that my case was transferred to a different service center. I want to get to an agent who can provide me more details. Some one said trye infopass appointment. any input in welcome.

Call uscis on phone.

Say"infopass" when prompted.

Takes you to live operator.

I have EB2 AOS pending since few months. 

After a couple of times entering your question in the EMMA chat window without success, just enter "you don't understand anything about my problem". EMMA gets "embarressed" and it only takes a few seconds and you get a real person to chat.

 

Try it, sounds funny but it worked for me.
