Hello All,

God willing my fiancé and her son will be coming to the USA next week and I have a few questions.

1. Upon entry since I will be flying back with them can I go through the visitor line after landing or do I have to go separately through the US citizen line?

2. Is there any kind of documentation that they will receive upon entry after turning in the famously seal yellow envelope?

3. I have also heard that the k1 beneficiary should apply for SSN atleast 3 days after entry before getting married.

Thanks in advance

11/21/20: I-129F packet shipped via USPS

11/25/20: I-129F delivered to Dallas Lockbox (Lewisville)

11/27/20: Backdated I-129F "received date"

2/23/21: I-129F fee charged to bank account

2/25/21: Text alert NOA1 Receipt/Case Number

3/3/21 :  Received NOA1 Letter in the mail

1. Depends on which Port-Of-Entry

2. For K1 entry, the electronic I-94 will be available online after 1-3 days. It may be available sooner nowadays?

3. Yes. Get the SSN after getting the I-94

Los Angeles airport: CBP officer told me that I can go line up with my fiancée in the non-citizen/PR queue with my fiancée should we travel together once K1 is in her hand.
