Form 693 envelope w/scratches

Hi everyone!

I would like some advice, my envelope for the 693 has some scratches because my dog the envelope has two parts that is broke/open, but these are no more than 3 centimeters for one and 1 cm for the other one. Is this going to be a problem? USCIS can reject our form for this reason?

We don't know if sending in that way o put it some tape, since the scratch is not too obvious but enough to be notice.

Just ask the doctor to reprint, sign and seal again. Less than 3 minutes

I called them and the receptionist told me that the doctor can't do it because the form version is different now and I have to be there to take the extra vaccines that now they are required and sign again - and I'm overseas 🙂

1. Well, you CANNOT send an outdated version. I'll counter them by telling them they should have used the correct forms. 

 

2. (1) being said, the current version is from July 2022. So, unless you did your medical before this and decided to keep the file at home, they're lying to you and want you to pay extra for no reason. When did you get this medical done? 

 

For me, I'd just hit them back with their own words and be like: Well, you gave me this form. You should have known it's outdated and USCIS will reject it. Please fix it.
