Can you specify where it says this?

I was looking at instructions for AOS but it looks like I read it wrong and its saying only provide stuff if you were convicted.. My bad.

Is there anything I'm supposed to bring with me from Canada to US that I'll need for the AOS? or is everything I need for AOS will be available to gather in USA?
Thanks

I already got my certified criminal record check for the K1 interview, but I'm wondering what happens when it gets to the AOS, It says I need to provide police certificate again, can I use the same one? does the interview give me the original back?

Thanks

I suspect (someone correct me if I'm wrong) the police certificate should be in the folder they give you to turn over to immigration when you enter the country.

There's always the slim chance this can be lost though.

I don't expect to need to use a police certificate in the AOS process (mine is currently pending) but I did spend an extra £6 to get an extra police certificate when I got it, just in case it proves useful in the future.
