I don't know why they refer to it as Microsoft's product in the article. It's pretty much the thing I'm interacting with, created by OpenAI. Microsoft invested some $$$$$$$$$ in it, and has access to it for integration with Bing.

 

 

I agree though, it responds with too much confidence when it doesn't now something for sure. Hence I was begging USCIS earlier in this thread not to use this type of tech for risk based approach adjustments 😃
