Has anyone tried to transfer his/her from Nigeria to Sierra Leone after DQ? If yes, what was the process.

Thank you

First step is to gain actual residence in Sierra Leone.  Without doing that, there is no second step.

@pushbrk I tried to get the resident permit but the immigration doesn’t issue the resident card to Nigerians but rather stamps the back of the passport.

however, Nvc needs a proof of current address which shows where you reside in the country but this is the case they don’t issue the card to Nigerians

NVC needs more than an address.  First you must have official permission to actually reside in Sierra Leone, not just permission to visit.  What is your actual status there?

You can’t just pick a consulate that has a shorter queue.   You need to be a legal resident to interview in a different country.
