Sorry, I meant to say July. I just have a feeling that it has been slow compared to the last two months until now. Hopefully, they pull some high number for the remanding days. Would have thought they would start processing for many of 2022 AUG cases by now.

nah daily average is about the same, holidays did cause a very slight dip but it's not a lot at all and not much different to other months.

According to some data from some website, this month is projected to have 4759 cases finished at the end, which would be the lowest since February unless they pick up a lot in the last 11 working days. Hopefully, it is because people took long holidays that week.

Comparing total cases processed in a month against each other is like comparing apples to oranges because some months have more/less working days than others.

Also, this month is on pace for just north of 5k cases if they process at the rate they have done so far in July ~252/day. But regardless of the monthly total, what you want and need to focus on is the daily average over the past 2 months (June/July) which is ~257/cases a day. This gives you a more substantial chunk of recent data to accurately reflect what speed USCIS is processing.

What Mexico said. We're on track for just over 5k.

The average per work day is about 250. Some months it's higher, some it's lower. I think we've hit a plateau so it will continue to fluctuate slightly up and down. This month was also most likely one for people to take holiday around the 4th so may be expected.

I know this is the holiday week and all, and there will be more of those from now on until the end of the year. It will keep delaying, which is really frustrating.

On the other hand, I-130 seems to be going well, which adds more frustrating for I-129f filers.

I-130 is a more important document in USCIS’s eyes no? IIRC I remember reading that fiancée visas are lower priority over immediate relative and employment based visas
