Hello, I filled out the DS-260, but once I sent it, I saw that I didn't fill in one more place where I have lived for 6 monts. Now I can't fix it any more. Does somebody know how to contact the NVC and ask them to add it?

Does this mean that your i130 application got approved? Did you also apply in December 2022? Because personally my application i130 is still being reviewed . So I’m wondering if some people are getting it faster than others.

My wife filed for her mom I-130 form on Dec 5, 2022 and so far no update but  this "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS"

Finally saw Case Approval in MyUSCIS website.  Now waiting for NVC mail.

Alright!!! Congratulations everybody!

I check both parents' cases. My mother's case is approved, my father's case is still under review, however, I see the approval letter for his case attached. I think it is also approved, the system needs to refresh.

Onto NVC.....

Congrats! What an amazing relief! Im months behind you...but also applied for both parents....they continue to be "staggered" and like 7 months apart. Were your parent's status ever different? Or were they always inline? It sounds like their approvals were the same day or very close?

Also did their status ever go from a couple weeks to "case is taking longer...."? If so....how long did it sit that way before finally it was approved? Were the applications via California? Thanks!!!

Hello!

1. Approvals occurred about 2 days apart.

2. And yes, their status "case is taking longer" sat there like for 3-4 months before the approval.

3. Our applications were sent to Potomac first, but the letters came from Vermont.
