I landed in the USA as a new immigrant with my family and after two weeks I got a notification for green card approval for all my family but for me no change.

one week later  I got an appointment for biometrics ( it is done before @ the embassy )and now three weeks after the appointment status still  (we are actively reviewing your form os155a, immigrant visa and alien registration, and receipt number our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. we will let you know if we need anything from you.)   no one in my family got his card.

anyone has the same experience  and how long it will take

If you already entered the US with your immigrant visas, then the notification you got is for green card production, not green card approval.  Note that you already have "green cards" in your passports -- your immigrant visas with CBP entry stamps serve as your temporary GCs for 1 year after your US entry date.  Your endorsed visas are equivalent to plastic GCs for all legal purposes related to work and travel.

As to when your plastic GCs might be delivered, check the recent posts in the tracking thread below.  In my case, it took more than 120 days after US entry --

Don't worry too much about the 120 days; it will come. Your endorsed visa in your passport serves as your 'greencard' for 1 year until the physical greencard arrives in the mail.

The 120+ days that I mentioned is from my US entry date.  My case status was stuck at "payment received" for 100 days or so.  After my case status turned to "card is being produced", I got my plastic GC in the mail in around 2 weeks.
