Hello! My sibling's case was revoked a year ago, but I still want to know if there has a way for their case. Our father passed away that is why their case was revoked. Please if someone knows what should we do, please help me what to do. Thank you

I heard that it would take more than 15 years. My mom is Permanent Resident so she can file I 130 for them? how long would it take ?

she needs to become a USC and then its faster

Read the rules as it makes a difference when over 21 and/ or married

Try asking for Humanitarian Reinstatement of fathers petition . It tough to get but free to apply for and definitely worth the effort. 
 

How to Request Humanitarian Reinstatement

There is no form or fee to ask for humanitarian reinstatement. You need to make a written request with supporting evidence to the USCIS office that originally approved the petition.
