Hi everyone so I submitted my N-400 in February. This week I got notice for interview in October in the USA. Military husband and I PCSd to a NATO base in Europe. We updated our APO address within 10 days of being here. Has anyone done their interview and oath ceremony abroad at a hub?
I did contact the military hotline. My interview has now been cancelled and I'm to wait 30 days for further information.
travelling to the states right now is really expensive.

There are just 7 USCIS offices outside the USA and none of them in a country where the USA has a base. 2 are of them are even inside the territory of an enemy, go figure. None of these offices list N-400 interviews as one of their on-office services. See https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-a-uscis-office/international-immigration-offices As you can see the nearest field office to you on Europe  is still in the USA.

https://www.uscis.gov/archive/questions-and-answers-for-members-of-the-military says that  it won’t provide telepresence  N-400 interviews for people serving in the armed forces who are deployed overseas. I doubt USCIS will do so for spouses of armed services members.

If you got to the USCIS website they assist Military and Military families overseas. The USCIS comes to one of 4 hubs every 3 months to conduct interviews and ceremonies.

Moved to the states in 2018. Applied for my N400 in Feb 2022.

Check with your military immigration liaison if you qualify under INA 319(a) to naturalize overseas.  Details here -- https://www.uscis.gov/military/citizenship-for-military-family-members
