CR-1 or K3?

Hello. I filed 2 I130's. 1 for my wife and 1 for her daughter.

 

Will it be processed as a CR-1 or K-3?

 

Is there anything else I need to do after filing the I130?

Are you a USC or LPR? How many years have you been married? Is your wife in the US or her home country?

• CR1/CR2 unless she enters after 15th of March 2024 (2 year green card)
• if entering after that 2 year anniversary it will be IR1/IR2

I don't know what LPR is. I am a US Citizen. We married in March of 22 (5 months). I just submitted the visa in August. Her home country is Bolivia. She is in Bolivia.

Lawful permanent resident.  At this time, there is nothing more that you can do until your petitions are approved. The case will then be transferred to National Visa Center (NVC) once approved for visa processing. @JeanneAdilalready responded to the category they will be processed as.

To be clear, your spouse will receive the appropriate visa when issued.  It would be CR1 or IR1 depending on the timing of the issue.  If a CR1 visa is issued within six months of your two year anniversary, your spouse could delay entry until AFTER the anniversary and receive IR1 "status".
