Expedite Request after being DQ'd at Islamabad Consulate

What is the reason for expedite?

 

You just don't wake up and wanna expedite because you feel like. You have got to have a valid reason. 

 

And even with some valid reason, some aren't strong enough and get rejected. 

 

Please don't clog the system if you don't have a valid, strong and compelling reason.

You're not getting an expedite for that. 

 

Infact, they may ask you to provide joint sponsor since it seems petitioner cannot take care of you. 

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I see. Appreciate your feedback. However, you still did not answer my original question. Who to sent email to NVC or Consulate?
