Good Evening,

I’m scheduled for N400 interview August 15th. I didn’t get a notification via text or email. I found out when I refresh my USCIS case tracker app this morning.

Should I take my spouse with me to the interview? Is it necessary to take my spouse with me?

And also I applied for my N400 January 11 2022 and my green card 3rd year anniversary was supposed to be April 8th 2022. Is this going to be an issue?

Thank you.#400 #n400

Follow instructions on the letter.

Go online in your USCIS account and it will let there. Otherwise, wait for it in the mail.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

According to USCIS calculator your earliest date you could file is 1/8/2022 so you should be fine.
