Where do you get that information from?

Well every once in a while they release these backlog reports.

I see what you mean.

But that doesn't necessitate that they are picky because of this reason, it could just be time crunch. Same juice, difference squeeze as it were.

Fair enough. It was just a thought. I get quite worked up I see cases like that. What is the point of NVC. They are acting like they have some authority over adjudication but they don’t. Just cogs to compile docs for COs who do have that authority.

Nope.  Just a W-2.  They have it.  It's accepted!

Yeah so they have the W2 but could they be asking for 1099 if your petitioner has any?

No there are no 1099s (none required as petitioner is an employee with only W2s).  Just W2's.  They have all W2s from 2018 to 2021.  All accepted.  All tax transcripts, all tax returns, everything.  All accepted.

Not even 1099 from bank interest? In one of the whatsapp group chats earlier there was an extensive discussion about how to get 1099 from each of the banks where interest was earned or something. Sorry I am just trying to think of anything that might be missing so that you get DQ’ed next time around.
