Interview delay

Hello community, 

our casa gor approved on February 18th, then the case was ready at Casablanca consulate on March 31, since then we didn't hear any update about my interview, we emailed them many times with no feedback. any one in same situation? and what can we do about this?

K1 case

has the Moroccan completed the ds 160?

when that is completed ,  instructions to do the medical exam, to get the 2 police reports    and how to schedule the case will be sent 

2 police reports ( "fiche anthropomtrique" at the local police office.   and des casiers judiciaires)

 

meanwhile the USC needs to complete the I 134 and get IRS transcripts for 2021 and send to Morocco for Moroccan to take to interview

i actually completed the DS160 and affidavit of support but still no updates from the consulate. i prepared all the documents needed for the interview but they all expired so i have to get new ones once i have an interview date.

Casa does not usually worry about the one police report that says expires in 90 days

but if u feel u need a new one,  do not get it done until u know your interview date

 

so  u need to go online and schedule the interview

US consulate in Morocco doesn’t allow to schedule the interview online like other countries, we have to wait for them to email us with a date, which is my concern i am waiting since march 31
