  1. @JeanneAdil I agree, actually what confuses me is that in Morocco we have 2 sorts of birth certificates, the standard version (green paper) which we used when applying for the K-1 and at the interview, and the long version (basically it's a photocopy of the births register delivered by the civil service as well). I was wondering which of these 2 I should send.
  2. Hello guys, I received an RFE for my AOS and it states that I need to send "a copy of the birth certificate issued by the appropriate civil authority in my country birth. We will only aspect a long-form birth certificate which lists at least one parent. If the document is in a foreign language, the applicant must include a full English translation...". So I initially sent my birth certificate with only a copy of the translation. My question is: is the green birth certificate with a translation enough? that word "long-form" is confusing me. Country: Morocco Thank youuu
  3. @ellienellie21 i send prayers that we all hear some good news soon, keep us posted please, this wait is so frustrating
  4. @Eric C i'm in the same boat, case ready ince march 31 and still no interview scheduled, we've sent tones of emails with no response, i tried to call the consulate no response either, we are lost in this process, have you heard anything menwhile? btw, a week ago i received a notification by USCIS that a document has been sent and would arrive by june 23 but nothing came. Don't know what that document is.
  5. US consulate in Morocco doesn’t allow to schedule the interview online like other countries, we have to wait for them to email us with a date, which is my concern i am waiting since march 31
  6. you are most welcome, thank you for your reply. i actually completed the DS160 and affidavit of support but still no updates from the consulate. i prepared all the documents needed for the interview but they all expired so i have to get new ones once i have an interview date.
