Goodmorning vj friends,

how can a US citizen who filed for his son when he was still underage and now 27 years old, file again to bring him to United States? What are the processes involved?

The son missed to apply when petition was approved some years back and now his father - US Citizen want to file again but unsure how to go about it.

your kind contribution will be highly appreciated.

You would have to file a new petition all over, same process you followed last time but just a different immigrant category. (The old one no longer has any relevance.) This one would be category F1, assuming he stays unmarried, and is currently taking about 7-8 years.
(He can get married while waiting but then the category changes to F3, current wait time around 14 years.)
