If she is a non citizen then on what basis will you apply for her US passport?

If she is a dependent with an SSN or she has applied for an SSN your 2021 tax return’s refund could include her stimulus money.

Not yet but as i said i have appointment after 2 week for that

That’s no how it works.  Only citizens get CRBA.

Anyway this is beside the point. Assuming she gets a CRBA she can get an SSN.  Assuming you get an SSN you can file a tax return listing her as a dependent. For tax year 2021 you have until April 15,  2025 to file.
