On September 1, 2022, we received your travel authorization decision from CBP for Receipt Number IOE9620140409. Please log into your USCIS online account and follow the instructions.

 

And there is nothing else. Does the beneficiary the one that gets instructions only? Whats interesting is that only the adult got it. The 13 year old did not het this msg.

Yes. The travel authorization will be on the beneficiaries USCIS account. (I, as sponsor, get 2 of my 4 beneficiaries travel authorizations on my account also.) I have found the actual travel authorization might not show up immediately after receiving this notice.

I did not expect this so soon. We submited only yesterday. And email i got anhour ago. Just have to wait for them to get home and chek.

It can be very quick. The shortest we experienced was 3 days from I-134 submitted to travel authorization in hand. Even the longest was only 9 days ...

Well. The I134 was sent in on the 31st. So it makes three days. Just waiting for the benefisiary to come home and get in to the email.

 You were correct!!! Soon as they looked in to an email the travel authorization was there. With a deadline date of Dec 1st 2022.

So getting ready and lookiing for the best place to fly out from.  LOT has raised their prices. 800.00 vs 400 from others,. I wonder why.....?

I heard that if you call LOT airlines you may be able to get special prices for Ukrainians.

Hi everyone, I applied on August 25 and still waiting. I only got a receipt confirmation and nothing else since. Tried calling USCIS today but couldn’t reach any representative… I wonder why it takes so long.

My guess would be something wrong with the application. Approval only usually takes a 1-3 days tops. I would expect the most expediate way to get things moving is to submit a new application being sure it completed correctly and all supporting documentation is uploaded.

I don’t think anything is wrong with the application. I have all the supporting documentation, including bank statements, tax returns, employer letter. I’m not the immediate relative though, just a friend, so wonder if this can be a reason for the delay.

There is no need to be related or anything like that. Basically you need to show you have the means to support the beneficiary. And the beneficiary need to be eligible for the programs. Sweet and simple. 

Given this I would do the I-134 again.

Another possibility- the email sent to your sponsee is sitting in their email box or spam unopened. Why do I say this? I hgad the same experience. Days past and my sponsee kept saying no no I have nothing from anyone. I did the level 2 escalation, it took several tries but finally spoke with someone who was willing to help- it was the third try. They agreed to resend the registration email to my email address as well. I then contacted my sponsee who said oh gee ok I thought it was a spam email...

 

So 3 points  1. The process from application to approval and travel authorization takes 2-3 days, if all is in order with your I 134  2.  You CAN pester USCIS and finally get through to someone at level 2 who will check or help. Your initial call asking for level 2 will also allow you to ask if the sponsee was sent the registration email. If the email was sent to your sponsee, it is still sitting in their email waiting for a reply, and confirm the date it was sent. 3.  If you get through to level 2 you can ask them to cc you on this email and then you can register or help register your sponsee.

But I also don’t see the case as confirmed/approved. The current status says we received your form and the receipt notice was sent. And this is from Aug 25.

LOT gives 15% discount to the refugies but only  till Sept 30th.   Lufthansya is cheaper.
