Case at NVC

My child case at NVC says civil documents and i894 accepted. But email says I need to send evidence of support. Does that mean now or when they get to interview?

You will need that uploaded to NVC via ceac site as well as at the embassy.

What is the exact wording of the "email".

Did you get any email saying your case is "Documentarily Qualified" (DQ)?  Your case will only be lined up for interview after it is DQ.
