Hi,

At the visa interview at US consular office, do the Principal (Beneficiary) have to bring I-864 along with the scan documents that uploaded at NVC by the petitioner?

Yes, bring all the documents uploaded on CEAC by both petitioner and beneficiary. Also bring latest tax transcripts and updated I-864 if petitioner's income has changed since last submitted I-864.
