Hi everyone,

I have a FB1 petition that is DQ'd but my PD for interview is not yet current and it looks like it is going to take a few years to get there.

My PD is 27Aug2015

I have an American partner who is a joint sponsor on my FB1 petition, is there any way that his I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and my application can be transferred to either a K1 or CR1 visa?

Thanks so much for your advice !

There is no such thing as transfer from FB1 to K1/CR1.  Those cases are based on totally different family relationships.  You and your US citizen partner will need to start from scratch if you want to pursue a K1 or CR1 visa.  Your USC partner will need to submit a new affidavit of support to sponsor you once you get to the visa application stage of the process.

There's no transferring.

Your US partner will have to file a new petition for you.  I-129f for a fiancee.  I-130 for a spouse.
