Hey guys, creating this thread for those of us that submitted documents to NVC in March.

Our initial submission was December 15th '21, they accepted all our documents on March 15th, but I-864EZ, they rejected our I-864EZ stating some pages of the form are missing. So we resubmitted on March 15th & then we noticed, it was again incomplete. Clearly a system glitch, guess our scanner 😢... What a comedy of errors! So we submitted another copy of I-864EZ under 'Additional documents', it has all the pages including the blank pages. We hope NVC would be kind enough to consider the one under 'Additional documents'. Another 3 months of endless waiting to do just know what they'd do.

So sorry to hear that. RFE for what?

Thanks!

My husband has petitioned for our 7 year old son and me.

Mine was all ok.

But on our son’s they said the I-864 was invalid as we didn’t need it, we needed to upload an I-864W instead which is the exemption from I-864 form.

So very easily fixed but now the wait again! :(

Hope the wait goes in fast for us 😆

A positive at least is that judging on last Mondays NVC time frame, we didn’t expect to know anything about our cases until late into this week but we actually heard last Friday night so hopefully when they put out the updated time frame today that they will have made a significant jump on processing. (At least more than usual)

Hoping we all get DQd soon.

Hello guys,

I am getting ready to submit my financial documents, but I am a bit worried I will not meet the requirements.

So, I am petitioning for my wife and my mother. I know for both my income should be roughly $34k. Here is my issue, the list of the documents I currently have:

1. Tax transcript for 2020 showing $14k AGI

2. W-2 for 2021 showing $37k

3. 2021 extension form for my taxes

4. Employment letter dated 07/15/2021 base salary $83k

5. 6 months of paystub up to end of March

7. Copy of US passport

8. Proof of domicile (Xfinity bill, electricity bill, renter’s insurance bill)

My question: Do you think I will be DQ? I am worried that my AGI for 2020 will make me not qualified.

Please help!!!

Thanks
