Hello.  You can upload multiple files?  My Evidence came up to 6 pdf files.  Or is this just 1 document you are trying to adjust?

Hello. It's the I-130 form, which is 12 pages long. I had to rescan since they require an ink signature.

If you have a software that can merge PDF, what I did for my I-130A was fillup the fillable form, print the signature page and merged/replace with the fillable pdf.  Or is option for I-130 online filing available for you?

The most common way to reduce file size is to scan at a lower resolution to begin with.

If you are filing on paper, you don't scan any form.  If you are filing an I-130 online you do not download, ink sign it, then upload it.  You sign online.  Please explain in more detail what you are trying to do.

Maybe I misunderstood the instructions, but I thought they required an ink signature even when filing online. So, I printed out the form, signed it, and rescanned it with the intent of filing online.

How exactly do you sign online?

When you complete the the online form, you will click forward to an instruction for signing.  The I-130 itself is the only "online form" you'll use.  Everything else will be uploaded.  Were you reading printed form instructions or online filing instructions?

That's good to know. I was reading the printed form instructions. I haven't even touch the online part yet so I had no idea it was a different process. Thanks.
