Juárez Interview on the 15th but missing Certified California Police Clearance

Hi everyone! I was hoping some of you would have any insight on this. I have my interview in Juárez on the 15th. I requested a record review from the DOJ of California by submitting my biometrics. Unfortunately when I received the results it was certified and was just a print out of the results. I emailed them last week when I received the results if they could mail me a certified result. They got back to me on Monday saying they would send it out this week. I'll be leaving tonight and will not have the certified results. Do any of you think this would cause my case to be denied or any issues to arise? Any help would be great!

I am required to submit a police clearance for anywhere I have lived. I've lived in California since the age of 2. My family entered illegally. I filed for the i-130 and a i-601 that was approved already. Just missing the police clearance from California

Generally police certificates for the USA aren’t required though some times the consulate or USCIS asks for them.  
 

Were you asked to bring this to the interview?

Did you see this note below that table?

 

"Note: Present and former residents of the United States do NOT need to submit any U.S. police certificates."

I was asked to bring all original documents but when I moved cities I lost the clearance certificates i i originally submitted. When I went to get them again they local police recommended I submit my biometrics for the state DOJ as that would be a statewide clearance rather than a local clearance.

Your local police know nothing about immigration requirements.  Who asked you to bring the US police certificates?

I did but I'm not a U.S. resident. I figured being here illegally would bar me from the exemption

Wrong... You reside in the US........You do not need any police certificates from the US.

The NVC when I submitted all my document to them. I also had to get a police clearance (carta de antecedentes no penales) from Mexico.

Can you post a copy of what NVC asked for?
