How did your's got rejected for a second time?

AFP said they will send to back home address as well but I have seen many people didn’t receive ,, 

better to get the hard copy one

…at first submission I got wrong code and at the 2nd submission I submitted only the digital one ..

For the 3rd submission i submitted both digital and hard Copy then only nvc accepted

I have no idea why nvc don’t accept digital one coz in my case they rejected twice ,,, digital copy u will get in two working days ,for hard copy they won’t send it to back home ,,so better reque
