Hello,

Green card interview coming up for the wife. Marriage based via K1 Visa

1) At the time of filing, we provided i-944. Since it has been revoked, do we need to bring all the supporting documents?

2) The wife did her medical examination overseas on September 2020. AOS filed on February 2021. Do we need to do another Medical Examination? It seems it is not needed since it was filed within one year. However, check below

3) Wife did not get her Covid vaccine yet because of previous Medical Allergies. Interview in 3 weeks. I am assuming I would have to visit a Civil Surgeon to update her Vaccination Record only (No Medical Exam)?

4) Related to i864: The Wife now has a job. I lost my job for a month the got rehired with same company. Do I need to update i864 and bring it with me?

Thanks

I have never seen an interview where they went over the I-864. Remember: if they ask, be truthful. But don’t offer unsolicited information. Meaning, I’d prepare a new, updated I-864, but would only bring it up if interviewer asks first.
