My husband is a US citizen. Last Nov, he filed I-130 for CR1&CR2 visas for me and my daughter (his step-daughter) . Three days after the submissions,  my father in law in the US got a receipt from USCIS and it states our cases were assigned to National Benefits Center. It has been 3 months. We  haven't heard of anything new. I also checked "Case Status Online" in the USCIS web, nothing has been changed since then. I would like to know where my case is currently at because I heard the service center often get changed. I tried to ask Emma online, but she never tells me. Any idea how to check the location of your case? Appreciate your help!

You can ask Emma to speak to a representative. Then click case status and you will be sent to a representative to ask

Thank you. I finally was able to talk to a representative last night. We figured will have to reach out to Emma during the DAY time in the US.
