I'm doing a petition for my parents.
I found a company in USA That does it online and will email them to me once they are done.

1. When translating marriage & birthcertificate, do they need to be certified?
2. Do they also need to be notarized?

3. When receiving the result in email (obviously the documents will have stamps), can I just print them and send them ?

Thanks in advance.

1. Yes.

2. not for USCIS. For consulate stuff, some consulates require notarized translations

3. yes

Hm..if it's translated to english like 4-6 years ago, that should be fine right ?
I understand some things like criminal records must be recent, but marriage and birth certificate doesn't change or update.

right...? 😃

An old translation of a valid document is fine.
