1. This case does not meet the minimum income requirements to sponsor the intent immigrant. Later the second message also came from them stated that, all the required applicant documents have been received and approved. we are documentary qualified right. Please has anyone on this platform experience the same. Am much confuse. Any help please

I think you are documentary qualified everything looks good

So we don't need to send them another affidavit support which is joint sponsor? Also there's nothing in the collumn that says re - opened or pay now or invalid documents. In case we want to submit the joint sponsor affidavit.

At minimum, you need to have a joint sponsor I-864 and supporting documents ready for the consulate interview.   Can you post a copy of the exact message NVC sent you?

Looking at your timeline, is it fair to understand that you submitted all documents to NVC Nov 15?

If your AoS reported income is good (meets at least 125% poverty guidelines), you should be fine.

But, if it is around the 125% poverty guidelines (meaning you barely meet the limit), then @Crazy Cat's advise is a sound advise

2021 annual income is 35k two household. 2020 because of covid pandemic it was 21k

I just wanted to make sure.

It has been reported here in VJ about a glitch in the NVC notification systems that sometimes sends that specific message with the DQ message.

If you do some research in the forum, you should be able to see past incidents of the same exact thing.

I don't think you have anything to worry about here

Congratulations on the DQ

Should i still go to the interview with joint sponsor affidavit support or my wife 2021 tax transcript. Again will the nvc schedule interview date for me without the joint sponsors?

NVC will schedule the interview when it is time (Check Ghana specifics, I believe the wait time is pretty long).

If you have the option to get a joint sponsor, I would suggest you do so and be prepared with a joint sponsor AoS for the interview (I still think you don't need it, but just in case)
