“Issued” Dates Updating

After documents were sent to satisfy a 221g the update temporarily stayed in  “refused” but the date did change three times. Then the update went to “ Issued”.  It now remains at issued but the date also changed. It has only been one week since “issued” so I know it’s very early.

Mostly curious why dates can change- perhaps all speculation. Thanks.👏🏼

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Ukraine

The first issued date could be when they printed the visa.  The second issued date could be when they handed the passport to the courier company.  Or not.  No idea.  The main point is... congratulations 🎉. Your visa is issued.))
