@Gujjupat

i would be happy to help you if you make a profile and timeline. You have no country listed, or visa type, or Embassy, or any dates in a timeline. If you make a timeline and profile, reply to this thread.

There’s a profile to fill out including visa type. It makes a difference in what you prepare for the interview. You mention DS-160 which is for a fiancé visa, but also mention an I-864 and the NVC which indicates a spouse visa.

Country, embassy,  visa type….in the profile.

Second preference (F2A) - spouses and children (unmarried and under 21 years of age) of lawful permanent residents.

So is it your spouse sponsoring you or your parent?

Your list from your first post.

1. Passport   It must be valid for 6 months past the date you intend to immigrate.

2. Birth Certificate must have your parents’ names on it.

3 . Arco Certificate  Does it say “No Trace”?

4. Petitioners Birth Certificate

5. Interview Letter and your courier registration

6. Ds-160 Form wrong form number

I-864  It will be in your file.

Petitioners passport copy

Other things needed

  • A US size passport photo
  • DS-260 confirmation page  Not the whole form, just the confirmation email.
  • Any name change or military service documents or foreign police certificate if you lived in another country since age 16. Only if that applies to you.
  • translation of any document not in English

Other things you should do

Only one bit ,sometime they ask for latest tax return :

If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, you must upload this to CEAC or bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa interview

Good point. @Gujjupat hasn’t put a date of when the Affidavit of Support was submitted to NVC so it’s hard to know how old the tax return on file is.

Thanks.! But we already submitted income tax return up to 2019. We didn’t submit any tax extension in lieu of income tax return.!

so I think I “don’t “ need to take any with me if I am not wrong.!! As email says only take latest income tax IF you have “ provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return”
please advice if I am wrong.!

It would be a good idea to upload and take a tax return transcript of 2020, since that is the most recent return on your interview day. Upload it under “additional documents” (I can’t remember the exact name…additional or other..something like that.)  Also a new I-864 with the latest numbers might be useful to match the new transcript. It can be uploaded and also emailed to you to print.and take to the interview.

I tried uploading on ceac.! But it’s not letting me do this! So I may take this with me in interview.!
