U do not need a new one if u have not been back to that country/that certificate covers the time u were in India

have u done the ds 260?

Yes, I did not returned back after getting PCC and that too I got it from Indian Embassy, Rabat.

Yes, DS 260 submitted  early November 2022. Not yet 'READY'. Awaiting for 2NL inshaAllah.

'Affidavit of support' cumpulsory for DV winners at interview at CSB?

The good news is, unlike family visa applicants, Diversity Visa Lottery ("DV Lottery") winners do not need to file an I-864 Affidavit of Support in order to apply for permanent residence.

But there is something I-134 which is similar to I-864. Few embassies in Africa they may ask for this document as people share online. Yet there is no SOP in this regard.

Awaiting if someone shares recent experience from Casablanca consul.

if u think u need it ,  get the  reports done

yes,  2 of them for Casa /  one of them expires in 90 days

these would have to also have the English translation (s)

1.   a "fiche anthropomtrique" at the local police office.

2.   des casiers judiciaires

According to the visa stats from USCIS no dv lottery visas have been given out in October and November from the Casa embassy

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics.html

the above is visa approvals per embassy (post) and all classes

If you are not an Indian national and you are not living in India at present, you don't need a police certificate from India at all.
