My wife and I are in the process of expediting our CR-1 case. We want to have as many items ready and complete should we get approved. One issue we have is that all of my wife's immunization records have been lost from when she was a small girl. We contacted the hospital that administered them back then and they no longer have the records. My question is, should we get her a new round of immunizations now and of course request the records for these?

Doctor can take a blood test to check antibodies that's what I did. Some vaccines will require boosters done for example polio etc

On the medical appt schedule required by immigration, the doctor will administer age-appropriate required vaccines if patient has no record (based on our experiences).
