Hi All,

So currently F2A is ongoing for my husband. I live in USA and my husband lives in Canada. The PD is sept 2019 and DQ unknown as of yet. While process still goes on, can my husband apply for me in canada and I can go there and live with him until F2A interview is scheduled?

Your green card is for living in the US.  If you take up residency in Canada, you put your green card at risk.

You can visit your husband in Canada for extended period of time.

For the I-864, you will need a US domicile (permanent resident).
