Question on Filling Out I-134 Affidavit of Support form for K1 VISA Process

Hey Folks,

I am starting to fill out the I-134 Affidavit of Support form while we are waiting for our application to be processed. I have a question about Questions 12-17 in Part 2. My fiancé is planning to leave her children behind for the first year of our marriage in the US. We plan to petition for them in the future once we have established our marriage & are on solid footing. In any case, should her children be listed here? It seems to be a question asking about who will be accompanying the beneficiary. I am leaning towards not listing them here, but I wanted to get some additional opinions.

Thanks!

Kawika

All children must be listed regardless of whether or not they’re coming with your fiancé.

Thank you for the clarification. I just noticed while getting their information from our I-129F application that we made a mistake on one of the last names of one of her children. I'm guessing this will trigger an RFI & lengthen our journey.
