Hello,

Back in June we filled out a DS160 at the advice from our lawyer as we were trying to expedite our case. Fast forward to now, and our case is finally at the embassy and we used the DS160 that was submitted in June to schedule the interview and pay the fee(yes stupid I know.) However between June and now my fiancée has a new job which of course is not reflected on the previous DS160. Do we need to fill out a new DS160 and pay for the fee? Or can we just bring an updated submitted version to the interview?
For a K1 visa.

AFAIK ds-160 is online only and has no PDF form factor.  I don’t know how you would update it after submitting it.

At the interview  the beneficiary should update the CO with anything that has changed.

Update the DS-160 at the consulate on the day of the interview.  Whether you update at the consulate or submit a new form online, no need to pay the MRV fee again.
