Vaccine Exemption Waiver

Does anybody have any experience or knowledge about filing form I-601 in conjunction with form I-485 to receive a waiver for the required vaccines for immigration under religious or moral objection?

Wondering how often these are granted?

How to prove sincere objection? (What evidence to provide)

*I've also seen that if you file concurrently with form I-485 that you do not need to pay the $930 filing fee (is this correct?)

I have never heard of being able to file with the I 485, normally something done after the interview

A lawyer that we spoke with advised that we could send the I-601 concurrently when we submit the medical exam with the I-485, is that incorrect?

Here's a detailed report from a VJ member who successfully got a vaccine waiver based on religious/moral grounds --

The fee is still $930: https://www.uscis.gov/i-601

Filing Fee
$930.

You may pay the fee with a money order, personal check, or cashier’s check.  When filing at a USCIS lockbox facility, you may also pay by credit card using Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions. If you pay by check, you must make your check payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Service centers are not able to process credit card payments.

When you send a payment, you agree to pay for a government service. Filing and biometric service fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of any action we take on your application, petition, or request, or if you withdraw your request.

See the post above that Chancy shared: "we had to pay $930 or so just for the vaccine waiver. I feel this price is high to make sure your belief is real. We submitted this waiver, along with payment, when we submitted the AOS forms"
