Okay.  Great news My Wife should pickup her Visa/passport tomorrow!  She and the daughters had their medical exams on the same day.  According to the email our lawyer received they are waiting for the girls medical results.  The medical center says that it sent and closed the files on August 4th.  What do we do???

What do the CEAC statuses for the daughters say?  You will need to wait until they all say "ISSUED."

Is your wife from Kazakhstan?  How long did you wait for interview after getting DQ’ed? I’m wondering because my daughter-in-law is from Russia and will have to transfer her case to a different embassy.  One of the possibilities is the US Embassy in Kazakhstan. But would she be low priority for interview there because she is not a citizen of that country?

My wife and daughters are from Tajikistan.    They moved to Moscow  A few years ago.  That was where I was introduced to her from her cousin here cousin here in the United States.  We got DQ in January.    My wife was weary of trying to go to Kazakhstan again,  We transferred there when we filed for a K1 Visa and got denied.    So we waited until we got the news that the US embassy was no longer going to be doing visas.  We asked for the transfer the beginning of July.  And we're notified of the transfer And appointment just a few weeks later.   I don't know about the priority.  Because the embassy in embassy in Tajikistan does not do immigration visas they are supposed to be handled by the consulate it consolate in Kazakhstan.
