Hi all my mother-in-law is a 2022 DV selectee we did the DS-260 back in May wat do we do now is just wait? Do we need to contact anyone we have all our documents and they are translated. Does anyone have a ideal timeline do they start calling interviews in a certain month? Or should I email the embassy?

Did you read all the links in the instructions for selectees? It includes pretty much full details of next steps including what documents need to be sent (emailed) to kCC before an interview can be scheduled.

Interviews are done in case number order. She will need to check the visa bulletin each month to see when her case number is current.
if you are still unclear about the process after reading the above, the britsimonsays website has a lot of information.

When I did the DS260 it stated that not to send anything in to the KCC to take it to the interview so we should email them to KCC also ? I feel lost now, thank you for helping me ❤️

Again. Please read the instructions linked from the selection letter. All pages including the links. Happy to help explain but not to repeat everything that is already online.
